Mission Critical Partners has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Justice Management & Technology team! We need a self-motivated leader who can provide subject matter expertise in the assessment, specification, and design of public safety Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management (RMS), and Jail Management (JMS) solutions. The role requires a client-focused professionalcommitted tosuccess by embracing and living our core values of Persistence,Integrity,Trust,Accountability andPrudence.
Develop client relationships; become a trusted advisor regarding the coordination of automated systems, public safety applications and software solutions
Provide leadership and motivation to our project teams, lead project huddles and meetings, coordinate work activity to achieve project goals
Act as the communication liaison between project vendors and our client
Perform onsite analysis of existing public safety software systems with emphasis on data-gathering, improvement opportunities, cost reduction, and operational efficiencies. Prepare technical reports and present findings and solution options to clients
Lead project efforts to integrate with other systems via vendor interfaces
Coordinate with our business development team to develop ongoing programs and proposal statements of work for additional client services
5+ years of documented project management experience in the assessment,design,andimplementation of cloud based public safetysystemswith emphasis on CAD
Stronganalytical,strategic planning, and budget management experience
Successfultrack record with public safety operations and programadministration of bothgovernmentprojects andmulti-county regionalprogramsinterfacingwith localgovernment officials and voluntaryboards
Exemplarycommunications,both oral andwritten.Must be able to understand clientgoals and howthey measuresuccess
Knowledge of federal,state, and localagency activities related to Law Enforcement and Court technologies such as 9-1-1,CAD,RMS, or CMS
ValidDriver’s License withthe ability to drive your own vehicle to clientsites and MCPregionaloffice locations
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Extensive expertise in theuse of projectmanagement and SDLCmethodologies and tools
Project Management Professional certification (PMP)
