Senior Consultant

SUMMARY: Mission Critical Partners has an exciting consulting opportunity with the State of Missouri Department of Transportation, Information Systems Division. They have selected Oracle Cloud ERP as the software solution to replace the legacy statewide accounting system known as SAM II. The statewide ERP system will include functionality for Budget Development, Financial Management, Procurement, Human Resources, and Payroll.   • Provide Guidance and Oversight During the ERP Implementation
  • Provide Assistance in Testing, Training and Documentation
  • Provide Project Oversight, Including Risk Identification and Mitigation
  • Ensure Effective Communication and Coordination
  • A minimum of five (5) years of broad public sector (state and local government) functional expertise in some or all the following areas with a focus on financial expertise and HR/Payroll expertise.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience with Oracle or comparable ERP systems.
  • Prefer experience with Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of project lead experience specifically in the areas of implementation, integration, testing and documentation.
  • Familiarity of standard project management processes.
  • Proven business analyst or project management experience.
  • Strong communication skills including public presentations, verbal, and written communication; ability to articulate complex ideas into easy-to-understand business terms to all levels of management including executive leaders.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills and ability to keep all aspects of a project progressing.
  • Adept collaborator with ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external team members.
  • Good facilitation skills including active listening, encouraging feedback, remaining objective and maintaining focus.
  • Ability to drive results from team members throughout the duration of the project.
