Recruiting Coordinator

OVERVIEW
Mission Critical Partners’ (MCP) Recruiting Coordinator will help to define and support the strategic recruiting goals and plans for our firm. This position is a full-time, exempt position for an individual that will be a thought leader, partnering with our teams and working with our Senior Recruiter to identify and attract the best industry talent to our firm. The Recruiting Coordinator is in charge of seeking out quality candidates, confirming their qualifications and placing them in open roles at the company. Their duties include researching job seekers and inviting them to apply to a job, screening candidates through phone interviews and scheduling Top Grade Interviews with our hiring team. This role requires a positive, team-oriented professional committed to building relationships, leading self, and building our firm’s talent and success by embracing and living our core values of Persistence, Integrity, Trust, Accountability and Prudence.

POSITION LOCATION
Remote, USA  

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Be creative in delivering recruitment solutions of A-players
  • Collect necessary information from hiring team to prepare recruitment materials (i.e., job requisition, job description, job specifications, and job posting)
  • Create and post all job postings internally and externally through the company Applicant Tracking System (ATS), internal networking, professional networking platforms, professional job search sites, college job boards, etc.
  • Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, etc.
  • Screen candidate resumes and employment application to assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitude.
  • Identify, engage, and screen qualified candidates using a variety of recruiting techniques for all open and virtual bench positions.
  • Maintain a master list of candidates looking for work for each job requisition.
  • Act as point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. To include timely response for each applicant on application status.
  • [JC1] Build relationships with candidates and have regular touch points during the hiring process and through the delivery and acceptance of an offer.
  • Prepare interview materials and edit notes post interview
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager and human resource team during the recruitment, interviewing and offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
  • Attend and participate in career  fairs and recruitment opportunities to attract qualified candidates
  • Act as primary point of contact for both organic and inorganic recruitment activities
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting updates to the hiring team.
  • Work with Senior Recruiter to provide weekly recruitment metrics to HR Director.
  • Strong focus and commitment to continuous improvement and apply HR recruiting best practices.
  • Work with our HR team to ensure our team and firm’s success.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent industry experience
  • Proven work experience as a full-cycle recruiter. Experience recruiting technical positions is preferred.
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and database systems.
  • Strong people skills. Ability and passion to develop professional relationships in a collaborative manner with candidates and leaders across the organization.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills. Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability and willingness to work outside normal business hours to enhance the candidate’s experience and accommodate schedules and needs.
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews including training to become a Topgrade interviewer.
  • Ability to synthesize interview information quickly and efficiently.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software and other recruitment systems.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of employment law compliance, recruitment, confidentiality, and other standard HR concepts and practices
  • Valid Driver’s License with the ability to travel to regional offices as required
