We specialize in integrating systems for states and counties in the courts and justice industry. Our software allows for multiple different organizations within a state or county government to utilize information effectively.
Currently, MCP is expanding its integration offerings with brand-new product offerings, which are going to change the way states share and view information vital to making good decisions. We are looking to expand our team with a full stack software engineer. This engineer will make a direct impact to the future design and development of the search engine – predictive analytics product as well as take a lead role in shaping development in all areas of the company.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who:
- Has a depth of experience in application design and development
- Is a self-starter; able to take a project from an idea to reality
- Is able to come up to speed on new technologies quickly
- Is able to teach / mentor junior developers
- Experience architecting software applications
- Experience developing applications from the ground up
- Experience with the full stack of development (UI, back-end, DevOps, Database, etc.)
- Experience with Linux and Windows development.
