Change Management Specialist

The Change Management Specialist will have the ability to work with project teams across the company to enhance the design, develop, and implement organizational change management strategies and methodologies. The role requires a client-focused professional committed to success by embracing and living our client service philosophy through our core values of Persistence, Integrity, Trust, Accountability and Prudence.
  • Delivers organizational change management strategies and methodologies to guide a client through change
  • Leverages enterprise change management processes, procedures, and mechanisms to design, develop, and implement a change management task, project, or program
  • Develops training and onboarding strategies, programs, and content
  • Implements communication strategies, activities, and content
  • Creates and monitors risk mitigation and management plans
  • Collects and analyzes data and feedback to provide insights into change efforts
  • Communicates and collaborates with project sponsors and project teams regarding strategies and approaches
  • Assists in developing opportunities, sales and proposals
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years successful and documented work experience in change management implementation
  • Demonstrated track record of managing and leading organizational transformations
  • Certification in change management, project management, ITIL, or related areas
  • Preferred experience in public safety communications, consulting services, or first responder
  • Exemplary oral and written communications skills. Experience in creating presentations and writing technical reports
  • Exceptional listener
  • Knowledge and understanding of the discipline, methodology, and practices of change management
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to drive your own vehicle to our client locations and MCP regional offices
